Palm Tree Beach Club is the newest and most anticipated addition to the Las Vegas daylife scene, officially opening in May 2025 at the MGM Grand. Replacing the iconic Wet Republic, this 60,000-square-foot tropical oasis is a collaboration between Kygo’s Palm Tree Crew and Tao Group Hospitality, designed to deliver a luxurious yet high-energy pool party experience.

The venue features a saltwater pool, 12 bungalows, 10 cabanas, and ample daybeds and lounges, accommodating up to 3,000 guests. Its design, inspired by a blend of Beverly Hills and Palm Springs aesthetics, offers a chic, resort-style atmosphere.​
